Arts Council Issues Call for Artists to Participate in ArtPop Applications due by May 28 Winston-Salem, NC  (April 22, 2019) —  The Arts Council of Winston-Salem and Forsyth County has issued a call for artists in 12 Piedmont counties to participate in ArtPop, which showcases artwork on Lamar Outdoor Advertising billboards throughout the region.
